80% Malbec, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (handpicked from an organic vineyard).

Vinification

Crafted with care in cement tanks and lovingly aged in new French oak barrels (40%) and used (second and third use).

Aging

12 months of aging in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep and brilliant violet-red in appearance.
Aromas: Intense and clean, with an austere, balanced, and elegant character.
Palate: Voluptuous with very good tension in the mouth, it is highly expressive, with a straightforward and fresh palate, firm yet fine textures, and excellent aging potential.
Pairing: Ribeye steak with rustic rosemary potatoes.

Appearance: Intense and brilliant, violet-red in color.
Aromas: Intense and clean, with a fruity character and herbal hints.
Palate: Agile on the palate, with good grip and volume, gracefully filling the mouth with a touch of liveliness. It's expressive and fresh, with fine tannins that extend the finish.
Pairing: Lamb tajine.

Appearance: Intense and brilliant, deep violet-red in color.

Palate: It encompasses everything you'd expect from a Uco Malbec. It has a fresh and vibrant palate, with smoothness and good grip. You'll find berry fruits with subtle herbal undertones. A complete and vibrant red wine, easy to enjoy by the glass or at the table.
Pairing: Skirt steak with spiced mixed mashed potatoes.
